Our B Corp Impact Report

We are delighted to share our B Corp Impact Report for 2024, detailing the strides we have made towards our targets, and the areas where we still have more work to do. We are immensely proud to be a B Corp and work very hard to continually align our business with the principles of this important movement.

Our Key Achievements

This past year has been one of transformation, innovation, and meaningful progress as we’ve worked to advance workplace wellbeing and human sustainability. Here are some of the key milestones we’re proud to share:

1. Governance and Strategy

  • We completed a comprehensive rebrand and restructuring process, refining our mission, services, and communications to align with B Corp principles and human sustainability.

  • We launched four innovative products, including the Culture Catalyst Course and Leading for Wellbeing, to help organisations transform their workplace cultures and embed wellbeing at the core.

2. Employees and Internal Wellbeing

  • We introduced Reflect and Connect Days, giving our team dedicated time to strengthen connections and foster collaboration in our remote-working environment.

  • We hosted mindset sessions led by industry experts, covering topics such as resilience, financial wellbeing, and creativity, to support personal and professional growth.

  • We created a dedicated Slack channel to reinforce our values, encouraging peer recognition and strengthening our team culture.

3. Customers and Partnerships

  • We enhanced our data and insights offerings, incorporating wellbeing dashboards and surveys to help clients measure the impact of their initiatives.

  • We partnered with global organisations, such as the Caribbean Development Bank and CGIAR, to deliver tailored wellbeing and culture strategies that address leadership, burnout, inclusion, and more.

  • We piloted our Culture Catalyst Course and Leading for Wellbeing programmes with great success, receiving positive feedback and measurable results.

4. Community Engagement

  • We expanded our Kamwell Partner Network (KPN) to include diverse and international voices, ensuring representation from different geographies and perspectives.

  • We actively participated in thought-leadership events, including LinkedIn Live panels and industry discussions, to advocate for human sustainability and share our expertise.

  • We used our volunteering days to support meaningful causes, such as local food banks and charitable organisations, and we’re excited to increase this number next year.

5. Environmental Sustainability

  • We continued to be guided by our Virtual Office Stewardship Policy, maintaining a low environmental footprint as a fully remote team.

  • We partnered with environmental experts to educate our clients on the critical link between workplace wellbeing and sustainability, inspiring action across industries.

These achievements reflect our commitment to using business as a force for good. As we look ahead, we remain dedicated to fostering workplace wellbeing, advancing human sustainability, and partnering with organisations to create meaningful, lasting change.
