The Kamwell Internship Programme - Introducing our new intern Charlotte!
We are thrilled to introduce our new intern, Charlotte!
Charlotte graduated from King's College London in August with an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology, and is fascinated by all topics relating to workplace health and wellbeing. Looking to kick start her career and gain practical experience, Charlotte’s passion and energy really stood out to us and we are delighted to welcome her into the team.
Originally from Germany, Charlotte has lived abroad most of her life. She has always been interested in people and their wellbeing, but it was her interest in mental ill-health prevention that led Charlotte to pursue a career in organisational psychology. She believes the workplace to be a key influence on people’s wellbeing, and is looking forward to gaining practical insight into current market needs and how to create effective organisational change. Charlotte’s main areas of interest include work-life balance, gender equality at work, stress management and the importance of leadership in organisational change. In her free time Charlotte loves to cook (and eat!), sing and spend time with friends and family.
